Polycene, Inc. (“Polycene,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy applies to this website and to all Polycene apps. It describes what information we collect and how we handle information you send us.

This website

polycene.com is a static website. It does not use cookies, does not run analytics or advertising scripts, does not include third-party trackers, and does not ask you to create an account. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operational purposes.

Information you send us

If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share — such as your name, contact details, and the contents of your message. We use it only to respond to you and to provide support. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as required to operate our business (for example, our email provider) or as required by law.

Our apps

Polycene apps do not require accounts and do not collect personal information. Some of our apps collect anonymized usage data — such as which features are used and how often — to help us improve them; this data cannot be used to identify you. Other apps collect no data at all.

Apps that use the microphone, camera, or device sensors process that data on your device to provide their features; it is not collected by Polycene.

Our apps are distributed through Apple's App Store, and Apple may separately collect information — such as crash reports and diagnostics, depending on your device settings — as described in Apple's privacy policy. Polycene does not control that collection.

Children

This website and our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
